  8. Mock Interviews

    You have created an impressive resume and cover letter, attended the interview workshop, and now it’s time for you to put your interviewing skills to the test. But there's a twist! You will be grouped into panels of 3-4 as the interviewers. Your panel will be given a fictitious job description and questions to ask your interviewees. As a panel, you will interview 3-4 individuals who are competing for the job and you must decide who to hire. Once the interviews are concluded, you will debrief with the instructor regarding your hiring/non-hiring selection.
