- NOTICE IS GIVEN that the Placer County Board of Supervisors will hold a public hearing to consider annexing a certain property into County Service Area No. 28, Zone of Benefit (ZOB) 173 – Dry Creek Sewer. County Service Area 28, ZOB 173 – Dry Creek provides sewer service through fees, and this annexation is being considered to provide sewer service to the proposed property.
- NOTICE IS GIVEN that the Placer County Board of Supervisors will hold a public hearing to consider adoption of a Resolution authorizing and directing the County Auditor to place delinquent Solid Waste Franchise Area 4 garbage collection bills on the FY 2023-24 County Tax Roll.

- NOTICE IS GIVEN that the Placer County Board of Supervisors will conduct a public hearing at the above place and time to consider a recommendation from the Planning Commission to adopt a Resolution amending Sunset Area Plan/Placer Ranch Specific Plan Mitigation Monitoring and Reporting Program to modify triggers in Mitigation Measures 4.13-1A, 4.13-2, 4.13-4, 4.13-8, and 4.14-13b for the creation of / or annexation into a County Service Area Zone of Benefit or Community Facilities District. - NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Placer County Board of Supervisors will conduct a public hearing at the above place and time to consider a request from West Bickford Holdings, LLC, Ridgeview Land Ventures, LLC, Boulder Ridge Estates, LLC, Sierra Hills Investors, LLC, Bickford Improvement Company, LLC, and SH AA Bickford, LLC, for approval of a modification to the approved Bickford Ranch Phase 1 Small Lot Vesting Tentative Subdivision Map condition of approval 95.B pertaining to timing of acceptance of multipurpose trail improvements in Phase 1, and to approve a third amendment to the Corrected Amended and Restated Development Agreement for the Bickford Ranch Specific Plan to amend trail construction triggers in Section 3.4.4.2 of the Development Agreement. As currently approved, construction of each phase of the Multipurpose Trail is required to be completed prior to the County’s acceptance of the Backbone Infrastructure improvements. - NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Placer County Board of Supervisors will conduct a public hearing at the above place and time to consider the annexation of Assessor Parcel Numbers 495-010-012-000 and 495-010-013-000 into Community Facilities District No. 2012-1 (Sunset Industrial Area Services), for purposes of financing fire protection and emergency medical services. At the hearing, the testimony of all interested persons for or against the annexation of the territory or the levying of the special taxes will be heard, ballots will be tabulated, and if a majority of voters residing in the proposed territory file written protests, no further proceedings will be taken pursuant to Government Code section 53324. The voting procedure will include calling the election, declaring results of the election and considering approval of the annexation. On August 15, 2023, the Board of Supervisors adopted a Resolution that declared the Board’s intent to annex the territory (APNs 495-010-012-000 and 495-010-013-000) into existing Community Facilities District 2012-1 (Sunset Industrial Area Services) (CFD), and to levy a special tax to pay for certain public services, all pursuant to the provisions of the Mello Roos Community Facilities Act of 1982, Chapter 2.5, Part 1, Division 2, Title 5 of the California Government Code. The Resolution describes the territory to be annexed, specifies the type of services to be financed, and describes the rate and method of apportionment of the proposed special tax. No change in the tax levied in the existing CFD is proposed.

- NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Placer County Board of Supervisors will conduct a public hearing at the above place and time to introduce and waive oral reading of an ordinance to amend Placer County Code Chapter 15, Article 15.70 to extend the existing Impact Fee Deferral Program until December 31, 2025 and to add a $250 administrative fee per building permit to be collected at the time of building permit issuance to cover the administrative cost of the program. The Board will also consider a determination that the proposed action is exempt from the California Environmental Quality Act pursuant to CEQA Guidelines sections 15061(b)(3) and 15273.
- NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Placer County Board of Supervisors will conduct a public hearing at the above place and time to consider a request from the Placer County Community Development Resource Agency – Planning Services Division for a recommendation to the Board of Supervisors on proposed Code Enforcement Code Text Amendments. The Code Enforcement Code Amendments would update Chapter 1, Article 1.24, Section 1.24.010 General Penalty- Continuing violations; Chapter 9, Article 9.32, Section 9.32.100, Use, possession, etc., of fireworks prohibited—Exceptions; Section 9.36.110, Amount of fines; Chapter 15, Article 15.48, Section 15.48.720 Misdemeanor violation; and Chapter 17, Article 17.62, Section 17.62.010 – 17.62.180, Code Compliance and Enforcement as it relates to the hearing body for code enforcement matters and fine amounts.
