Funds projects that reduce greenhouse gas emissions through the development and implementation of neighborhood-level transformative climate community plans that provide local economic, environmental, and health benefits to disadvantaged communities.
Provides funding to upgrade heating, air conditioning, and ventilation systems in public schools.
Provides funds to encourage increased use of active modes of transportation, such as walking and biking.
Provides funding to upgrade ventilation systems and to provide portable air cleaners to create a network of clean air centers.
Rust grants are available for small business owners of underground storage tanks to finance up to 100% of the costs necessary to upgrade, replace, or remove USTs to comply with Health and Safety Code requirements.
