Dollar Creek Crossing achievable housing project meeting July 29

The next community meeting for the proposed Dollar Creek Crossing achievable housing project has been rescheduled to Monday, July 29, from 6-8 p.m. at North Tahoe High School Auditorium, 2945 Polaris Rd, Tahoe City.

Due to feedback requesting a more convenient day of the week and to ensure all community voices are heard, the meeting was rescheduled to take some time to meet with key stakeholders and prepare an agenda that provides for improved understanding of the affordable housing development process and a welcoming meeting format to enable sharing information and collaborative discussion. The meeting will include an informational presentation followed by a public comment as well as a question and answer session.

In order to maximize opportunity for feedback from the community, the project is also accepting written public comments in advance of the meeting. If individuals cannot attend but would like to have their comment read during the public comment session they can send their comments to dollarcreekcrossing@gmail.com no later than next Friday, July 26, 5 p.m.
