The proposed Quarry Ridge project consists of subdividing the project site into four parcels to develop four general/medical office buildings, totaling 17,260 square feet (sf), as well as a parking lot and associated infrastructure. Entitlements required for the proposed project would include a General Plan/Community Plan Amendment, Rezone, Tentative Parcel Map, and Design Review.
Placer County is the lead agency for the preparation of an Environmental Impact Report (EIR) for the proposed Quarry Ridge Project in accordance with the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA), Section 15082.
